Has FireFox outdone IE?

We at Cynpase have few websites running. As any other webmaster; we monitor statistics on all our websites. I personally have access to all the statistics. I also enjoy looking at the increasing page views, returning visitors, etc…

When I checked May’s statistics, I noticed the percentage of firefox users has out numbered IE users. The only exception is Deplugged. I guess because it for Windows based mobile applications. It seems more and more users are adopting firefox because of its flexibility.

Below is the table showing percentage of firefox & IE users for each website:

Even our personal websites are getting more hits from visitors using firefox. Although over all percentage of IE visitors is still high on few website. This is understandable since IE was ruling the market for quiet some time. But looking at current visitor’s statistics I am wondering if firefox has taken the lead.

Hmmm......... I would tend to agree with you Sarfaraz. Even on my site, Firefox site usage has been averaging around 60% with IE staying around 27%.

Personally i think Firefox is too complicated for me. Besides it is quite slow. Btw you need to start blogging. Its been over a year since you ever wrote anything
